Appointments are carefully scheduled so that patients and doctors
alike are not rushed or kept waiting. We "inform before
we perform" to ensure that patients know their options.
We encourage patients to make the right oral health choices
while accepting that each person adopts change at a different
pace. Together, we achieve our primary service objectives: promote
the individual’s long-term well being through the harmony
of function and esthetics.
Your Initial Dental Examination
To correctly diagnose and provide the best care, we may meet
with new patients twice: The first appointment is a chance for
us to discuss your needs and conduct an oral examination during
which the state of soft tissues, teeth and existing dental restorations
is assessed and a series of radiographs is completed. Additional
treatment may be performed if this was discussed and scheduled
accordingly. The second visit is a consultation at no charge
to discuss the proposed treatment.
Financial Policy
Payment for treatment is required at the time of service.
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all of the
following
credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
As a courtesy, we will file all insurance claims for you. Our
practice,
however,
is not a member of an organized plan. We are excited to work
with Capital
One Health Care Finance for low monthly payments.
Office Hours
The office is open Monday through Wednesday from 7AM to
4PM, Thursday from 8AM to
4PM and Friday (administrative hours only) from 8AM to 12PM.
We are available for emergency care at any time.
